Indoor air quality is a crucial part of being comfortable in your own home. Whether you have allergies, children, pets, etc, you want to be sure that the air you breathe inside your home is filtered and cleaned appropriately. If you are looking for ventilation, filtration, air purification, humidification, or dehumidification in your home, SWAT HVAC INC. is here to help with your indoor air quality needs.

  • Air filtration is especially important when it comes to your indoor air quality.

  • Proper air filtration removes both small and large airborne pollutants in your home, such as mold spores, pollen, dust mites, and much more.

  • Filtration systems are extremely quiet, not causing you any disruption or annoyance.

  • Can easily be added to your home heating and air conditioning system, or can be installed with a new home heating and cooling system.

  • We always use 5" pleated Trion Air Bear filters.

  • Filters we provide are extremely efficient; over 10 times more efficient than the standard 1" throw-away filters.

  • Trion Air Bear filters are proven to have a higher dirt-holding capacity than competitive filters.

  • 350 Million air pollutant particles are inhaled each day (This is equivalent to 2 teaspoons).
  • 50 Million Americans suffer from allergies.
  • 20 Million Americans suffer from asthma.
  • Poor ventilation accounts for more than half of all indoor air quality problems.

  • New homes today are built so tight that the house is unable to "breathe," causing stale, polluted air to get trapped inside your home.

  • HRV Units remove the stale, polluted, indoor air and transfers it outside.

  • Fresh oxygen from outside is then filtered and conditioned before being distributed throughout a single room, or whole house.

  • Outdoor air is filtered through the patented honeycomb filter design.

  • HRV Units also help in the process of removing chemicals that are dispersed into your home by plastic products (i.e. PVC pipe, etc.)

  • Adds moisture to the air in your home in order to prevent dryness.
          * During colder months, when the air inside your home is heated, the humidity of that air changes dramatically, drying the air out. *

  • There are many advantages of having a humidifier in your home. With added moisture in the air, humidifiers help to prevent dry skin, dry nose/throat, bloody noses, and speeds up healing processes when you're sick.

  • By adding moisture to the air in your home, humidifiers help prevent the cracking and warping of hardwood floors

  • We install Aprilaire 600m Humidifiers that utilize a trickle filter with a digital humidistat.

  • Filter inside humidifier prevents any fungal or mold contamination.

  • The built-in drain disposes of any water build-up in the system.

Common ventilation includes:

  • Bathroom fan venting:

    • In both insulated and un-insulated ducts.

  • Kitchen hood venting

  • Dryer venting:

    • We use all hard pipe and include an in-wall stainless steel dryer box.

    • We do NOT install dryer venting with flexible hose. Flexible hose can cause lint build-up due to sagging and the spiral wire design, which can lead to fires and insufficient clothes-drying.
